The Dr. Balwi Hair Boost Set – Winter Edition is a holistic 3-month care programme designed to support hair growth, hair density and scalp health – from the inside and out.

It is based on the proven Hair Boost Set and has been enhanced with additional care and supplement products specifically for the winter months.

The Winter Edition is strictly limited and is particularly suitable before and after a hair transplant.

What’s included?

Hair Boost Set (Core):

Shampoo, serum, biotin & keratin tablets, mesotherapy serum and a dermaroller – developed to strengthen the hair roots, improve hair density and support hair growth.

Additional winter products:

How to use

Step-by-step guide for optimal results

For best results, we recommend regular use for at least 3 months.

The Hair Boost Set – Winter Edition is designed so that all products can be easily integrated into your daily care routine.

Daily care (core routine)

Dr. Balwi Hair Shampoo

Massage a walnut-sized amount gently into the hair and scalp.

Leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Dr. Balwi Hair Serum

Apply 5–6 pumps to the dry or towel-dried scalp and massage in.

Use daily, morning and evening, or alternatively every other day.

Biotin & Keratin tablets

Take 2 tablets daily with sufficient water.

Can be taken at the same time or spread throughout the day.

Intensive care

Mesotherapy Serum

Apply approx. one third of the serum to the scalp and massage in. Do not rinse.

In combination with the dermaroller (every 10 days):

Disinfect the dermaroller and your hands.

Roll the scalp 6–10 times horizontally, vertically and diagonally.

Then apply the mesotherapy serum and massage in.

Additional winter products

Aloe Vera Gel (98%)

Massage a small amount gently into the scalp or apply to lengths and ends.

Ideal after washing or whenever additional care is needed.

Vitamin D (1000 IU)

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient water, preferably with a meal.

Recommended for a period of at least 3 months.

Bromelain

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient water, ideally after a meal.

Massage brush

Use on dry or wet scalp.

Massage gently in circular motions to stimulate circulation and support absorption of the care products.

Also suitable for use during hair washing.

Why is the set designed for three months?

The set is designed for three months to support the natural hair growth cycle. The hair growth cycle consists of different phases, including the growth phase (anagen), the resting phase (telogen), and the shedding phase (exogen). Since most hairs are in different phases at any given time, continuous care over a longer period is necessary to achieve the desired results.

Do you need to follow a specific order?

Yes, for optimal results, a specific order is recommended. Start with the shampoo to prepare the hair and scalp. Next, apply the Hair Serum and gently massage it in. The Biotin and Keratin tablets can be taken either as 2 tablets once a day or split into 2 doses of 1 tablet each, morning and evening. The mesotherapy set should only be used every 7-10 days and applied with a dermaroller for the best results.

How often should the Hair Serum be applied?

The Hair Serum should ideally be applied twice daily—either after washing your hair or directly onto dry hair. It’s important to massage the serum thoroughly into the scalp and not rinse it out.

Why doesn’t the Dr. Balwi Shampoo lather as much as other shampoos?
