General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

By placing products in the online shop, we do not make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you submit an offer for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. As soon as the goods have been shipped and you have received the corresponding confirmation by email, the contract is concluded upon acceptance.

Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English.

We save the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online.

Delivery Conditions

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. Further details on shipping costs can be found in the offers.

We only ship by mail. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

PayPal

Within the scope of the PayPal payment service, we offer various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal, and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.

If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, you must be registered with PayPal or register first and verify your identity with your login details in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is processed automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

If you have chosen credit card as your payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after you have verified your identity as the legitimate cardholder, and your card will be charged by your credit card company upon request from PayPal. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Warranty and Guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty for defects applies.

The limitation period for claims for defects in used items is one year from delivery of the goods.

The above limitations and shortening of time limits do not apply to claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:

  • in the event of injury to life, body, or health,

  • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or fraud,

  • in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations),

  • within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or

  • to the extent that the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is open.

Liability

We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:

  • in the event of injury to life, body, or health,

  • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

  • in the event of a warranty promise, if agreed, or

  • insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act applies.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations(cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or agents, our liability is limited to the foreseeable loss or damage typical for this type of contract. Any further claims for damages are excluded.

Alternative dispute resolution

The Seller is neither obliged nor prepared to attend a dispute settlement procedure before an alternative dispute resolution entity.
